TRANSACTION PLUS
For over 30 years the "standard" of farm accounting software and the hub of the FBS integrated management system. Complete cash/accrual general ledger, plus powerful and flexible management reporting that will grow with your operation. Integrates with 16 other FBS modules as well E-commerce applications to download feed tickets, kill sheets, etc.
TRANSACTION LITE
Designed for the smaller operation with one primary business entity that is not ready for a full integrated system. Unlike “generic” accounting packages TA Lite will keep track of quantities and can be upgraded to TransAction Plus.
E PAYMENT (ACH BANKING)
Go “green,” eliminating checks, envelopes and stamps, with the E-Payment Module. Creates on-line ACH electronic payments through TransAction Plus Creates (Accounts Payable recommended).
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
The A/P module helps you schedule payments, batch-print (and re-print) checks and generate accrual financial reports without sacrificing cash-basis tax reporting (adjusts expense to “date cash exchanged”). TransAction Plus required.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Create professional and flexible invoices and statements for your customers and landlords. Integrates with TransAction Plus (required). Like the A/P module, A/R enables both cash and accrual reporting.
PAYROLL
The most flexible and reliable ag payroll package on the market. Links with TransAction Plus. Tracks piecework, overtime, bonuses, accrued vacation days, pensions plans, etc. Prints payroll checks, W-2s, 1099s and 943s. Optional Direct Deposit module.
INVENTORY REGISTER
An easy way to maintain the TransAction Plus balance sheet by recording assets and inventories through supporting schedules rather than accounting entries.
CONTRACTS
Keep track of cash or futures contract status for crops, livestock and inputs. Updates through to TransAction Plus purchases and sales and reports positions in Crop Audit, LifeCycle Budget and the TA+ Contract History Report. TransAction Plus required.
SCANNED DOCUMENTS

e.CLIPSE MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING
e.CLIPSEis the only true integrated Management Information System designed to meet the management accounting guidelines of theFarm Financial Standards Council. Employs Activity Based Costing (ABC) to allocate support center costs and performs Work In Process (WIP) adjustments to financial statements. The crop edition tracks costs by operation, farm and crop from field to market and works with any crop. The Feeding edition automatically allocates all costs including facilities and yardage by phase and/or group for pork, beef, poultry or dairy. (TransAction Plus and Crop Audit and/or Smart Feeder required.)
STANDARD COST/VENDOR MONITOR
Provides a quick and comprehensive review and adjustment tool for E.CLIPSE allocations. Packaged with the WIP Inventory Change Report (see below).
WIP INVENTORY CHANGE
Creates a detailed supporting balance sheet schedule for Finished Goods, Work In Process and Raw Materials inventories. Packaged with the Standard Cost/Vendor Monitor Report (see above).

Posts Market Value adjustments to E.CLIPSE inventories as well as Lower of Cost/Market computations and posting.
