Q&A: Where To Find Training Videos

Q.   Are there any training videos on YouTube or something like that I can show my new office person to help them get started with FBS?

A. These FBS training videos are available online:

• Accounting Total Reports

However, the best way to train someone is for an experienced FBS user in your office walk them through your procedures.  Every office has their own way to code entries so it's best to develop an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to guide new employees or employees who fill in for sickness and vacation. 

Another way to answer operational questions is to use the FBS Help file that can be found under Help>Help Topics.  This file is categorized by topic and makes it easy to understand the screens you see in FBS. 

We also do offer customized online, in-house and on-site training if that's is something you need.  Also don’t forget our Ag Software Success Summit held every August in Moline Illinois.  That is also a great way to get more familiar with FBS and everything it can do for you and exchange best practices with other users.
