Q&A: Printing Accounts Receivable Invoices

Q.  Is it possible to print an accounts receivable invoices from FBS?

A.   Yes!  If you have our Accounts Receivable module you are able to print customizable invoices and statements. 

The setup for the invoice is very similar to that of the check setup.  Go to Setup>Accounting>Setup Forms and AR Invoices.

You will see our basic invoice that you can modify.  You can add, delete or move any fields you see. 

We also have several options for what columns print on your invoice.  If you need assistance setting up your invoice contact us at support@fbssystems.com, include a PDF or an explanation of what you are wanting and we will help you get it set up.
