• Call accepted between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday
• Call-back within 16 business hours
• Appointments can be made 8 business hours in advance

• $1.50 per minute charge / $15.00 minimum per incident
• $.25 per minute discount for credit card
• No charge if call is less than five minutes
• No charge for calls within 60 days of purchase of new program
