Basic Support

  • Appointments can be made 8 business hours in advance)

  • $1.50 per minute charge / $15.00 minimum per incident
  • $.25 per minute discount for credit card
  • No charge if call is less than five minutes
  • No charge for calls within 60 days of purchase of new program

  • $1.00 per page to send/receive FAX
  • $199.00 annual subscription fee includes one product upgrade
    (Due July 1 each year)

  • $520.00 annual subscription fee
    (Due July 1 each year)
  • Upgrades at $149.00 per module
  • 25% volume discount for 3 or more upgrades

  • Two free hours of in-house data review/consulting
  • $908.00 annual subscription fee (Due July 1 each year)
  • Upgrades at $99.00 per module
  • Volume discount for 3 or more upgrades
  • Discount on training or consulting
  • Upgrades are shipped in October of each year
  • Version upgrade CDs are shipped in October of each year

  • At FBS Office: $90.00 per hour, no minimum
  • On-site: $105.00 per hour, $360.00 minimum plus travel expense
